We handle all repairs at no extra cost. Contact us and we'll arrange a quick fix or swap in a replacement bike so you're never left stranded on campus.

For flat tires, take the bike to CYClab during hours for speedy repair. You will be responsible for buying a new tube at a local bike shop or online. (Tire Size: 700x35)

Report it to us immediately. Every rental includes a U-lock — as long as the bike was properly secured, we'll work with you to resolve the situation and get you back riding.
